Hi, I'm Scout...And I wanna start off this post with an apology because I haven't posted in SOOOOO LOOOONG! I was bored, busy, and lazy all at the same time, and I have neglected making a post for a while so...
Here We Go....AGAIN!

I hope you're hungry because today I have a special treat for you! A recipe! I never thought that I wasn't ever going to post a recipe on here, but I'm am about to attempt a risk so risky...I have been to lazy to share it...and it is HOW TO MAKE BANANA MUFFINS!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 big, ripe, juicy bananas
  • 3/4 cups of white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup of butter, melted

Now, if you wanna add a little yumminess to the top of your muffin, these are the ingredients you need:

  • 1/3 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  1. Unless you wanna wait for your oven to preheat after you finished your muffins, start off with preheating your oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Mix your flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a nice big bowl.
  3. In another big bowl, mash your bananas with a fork until soft, and mix with the sugar, egg and melted butter you’ve already prepared. Stir the banana mixture into your flour mixture until nice and soft.
  4. in a small bowl, mix in your brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Dump 1 tablespoon of soft butter into your mixture and stir until it’s mixed and kinda looks like wet sand
  5. This recipe should make at least 10 muffins, so put 10 cupcake liners into a cupcake pan(just in case, lightly grease your liners and your pan)and fill them with your muffin batter a little more than half way.
  6. Sprinkle your sand-like brown sugar mixture over each muffin. Cook for 18 to 20 minutes and you have your tasty banana muffins!
